Contrasting Planets / 24”x30” / This poster describes each planets qualities and compares them to each other.
Although I may be a graphic design major, space has always been an interesting topic to me. My idea was to create posters about how eventually humanity will have to move from earth and populate another planet; either because of us destroying the planet ourselves or because of the sun consuming the earth. I gave facts about each planet and showed how similar Earth and Mars are to each other. I wanted these posters to look more simplistic rather than futuristic. I did however create a font used in my logo, stickers, and titles, to have that futuristic look.
Planetary Facts / 24”x60” / This poster also describes similarities between Earth and Mars, and how likely humans could travel to and create another community.
Mars Postcard / 24”x15” / This is what a postcard might look like if / when we needed volunteers for inhabiting Mars.
Earth Postcard / 24”x15” / This is what a postcard might look like if/when we needed humanity into joining our space program to move to Mars.
