I was interested in creating a webcomic publishing company because I loved reading anything with visual storytelling and building an idea of a website that helps give artists who have trouble publishing can show their stuff on a platform that supports them. What I did is that I made an imaginary webcomic company and drew my webcomic idea as an example of how it works. How I did it is based on my interests which are reading webcomics and showing support of the artists. Storytelling and being able to draw them takes time and patience, which I admire a lot. I decided to create my project based on comic making was because I've always wanted to be an illustrator or a graphic novelist. I love the idea of being able to tell stories through visual images for entertainment purposes. While design and illustrations are different, I could combine both to show that I can use the two elements as one.
