Ammil
My exhibit focuses on minimal design and illustrations with some minor photography. I like creating designs that are simple, meaningful and at times fun. The word ‘Ammil’ describes the effect when the sun rays hit the ice crystals that are sprinkled on the earth’s foliage. My company focuses on making handmade jewelry that is both beautiful and ecofriendly. I wanted to create a company that reflected the word ‘Ammil’. I believe that we can make beautiful things without the negative impact. For my project, I focused on making two posters and a jewelry catalog. One of the posters is an introductory poster for Ammil and the other is an infographic poster detailing the sustainability principles of the company. I wanted to present the jewelry in a unique and whimsical way that would appeal to the senses.
