Zoom Writing Consultation Request
Once you request your Zoom appointment, you will receive an email confirming your request, followed by another email confirming your appointment time and date. If you do not receive a response email within 24 hours of your submission, please call our office at (956) 665-2538 or email us at wc@utrgv.edu to ensure that we have received your request.
UTRGV has instructions for downloading and using Zoom, but you may join the meeting via your browser if you prefer not to download the program to your personal device.
Appointment requests may be delayed during times of peak activity such as mid-terms and finals. Requests submitted over the weekend will not be processed until business hours on the following Monday.
