I have this fear of not being able to do enough. That I am content with only having one path and my days start to blend. As a result, I started to learn different trades: painting, chalk art, collage, digital art, etc. Anything to make me feel unstoppable. Some of these skills I learned on my own and others I went into classes. One of those classes that changed my perspective on my career was graphic design. In my high school years, it showed me that I could help many businesses whether it was with identity or interior design. Then in college, it showed me that I can help design a narrative to communicate and help my community. Something important and meaningful. I hope as a designer I can continue to create to help my community.
