Facility Tours

If you will be on campus for a university tour and would like to schedule time for your students to tour our University Recreation Edinburg facility, please complete the tour request form below.
  • Please give at least 3 business days notice for a tour request.
  • Groups exceeding 25 will be divided into smaller groups.
  • Not all groups may be given a tour at one time.

A reservation is required to guarantee a tour of the facility. Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance, or depending on available space, at least one day before the actual tour date. Each tour lasts about 18-20 minutes. Large groups will be divided into student groups of 20-25 person maximum.
