- Room Reservations Requests: Reserve rooms for meetings, events, and other activities for your VCOBE student organization. Please note that a room reservation request must be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to your event. Allow 3-5 days for approval and confirmation of your reservation.
- Host a VOICE Event: Hosting a VOICE event is a great way for student organizations to earn funding. Meet with our Program Coordinator to review the different events and the points allocated for each. After that, submit a request to host a VOICE event through the link below. Please allow 3-5 days for confirmation, approval, and next steps.
- Requesting Reimbursement: This form is designed for RCVCOBE student organizations at UTRGV who have earned credits through various activities and are seeking reimbursement. Please complete the following form to submit your request.
- Report Your Sustainability Efforts: Student organizations can earn points by reporting their sustainability efforts within the college. Fill out the form online to showcase how your organization is contributing to sustainability initiatives. Each submission helps your organization earn valuable points.
Submit Your Sustainability Report
- Student Org Funding: Student organizations could qualify for funding in two rounds:
Spring Funding Round 1: Distributed in the spring around April. To qualify, your organization must:
- Be active throughout the year.
- Attend all SSAB meetings.
- Attend all Dean's Office events.
- Upcoming VOICE events
- Ensure members attend at least one career planning or business writing meeting with the Career Coach or Writing Coach.
Fall Funding Round 2: Distributed in the fall around December. To qualify, your organization must:
- Earn points throughout the year
- Submit an annual report by the deadline
Important: If your organization earns points but does not submit the annual report by the deadline, you will not qualify for Fall Funding Round 2.
- Annual Report Template: We are incredibly proud of all the amazing work our student organizations do, both within our VCOBE community and beyond. To help us share the impactful stories of your efforts, we need your annual reports.
The VOICE office has designed a user-friendly annual report template to make it easier for your organization to document and showcase your achievements. Simply create a copy of the template, fill it out with your activities and successes, and submit it to rcvcobe.voice@utrgv.edu. Your reports play a vital role in highlighting the incredible contributions our student organizations make throughout the year at the College of Business.
