Quick Notes:
- The annual appraisal period is from May 1st to April 30th.
- Appraisals are due May 31st.
- If an employee is on approved leave, the applicable appraisal period does not change.

Quick Notes:
- When completing the biographical information section of the Employee Appraisal Form, do not use nicknames, informal names, or abbreviations.
- If an employee was hired by UTRGV after January 15, then the employee doesn't need an evaluation this cycle (consider a 60 or 90-day evaluation).
- If the employee was hired on or before January 15, but he/she transferred from another UTRGV department, please contact us at hreval@utrgv.edu or at 665-2451.
- Sign up for an Employee Appraisal Training.
