Healing Waves - Grief & Loss Support Group
If you are grieving the loss of a loved one, please know you’re not alone. There is not right way to grieve and there is no timeline attached to when you are supposed to “move on”. This closed group is for any student who has experienced a loss of a loved one and is seeking out additional support. In this group, you will have the opportunity to meet others who have experienced loss, explore your feelings surrounding the loss, gain coping skills to help you begin to heal if you are ready, and most importantly be able to talk about your feelings in a non-judgmental, safe, and supporting space. Grief can be a very lonely place. You do not have to suffer alone.
