To better serve our faculty, staff, and students, we are integrating our information technology systems support requests into the university’s TDX portal (IT Support Center) effective December 1st.
With TDX our CECS Systems Support team will be able to track requests and ensure all College system needs are completed in an efficient and timely manner. Additionally, through TDX, end users will be automatically notified of the status of their request.
