Keep in Mind
Advising Hold | Session Attendance | Texas Success Initiative (TSI) |
---|---|---|
An advising hold has been placed on your academic record as an accountability measure. Upon completion of your second advising session each semester, your hold will be removed. | Session attendance is mandatory. You're encouraged to schedule and complete all meetings in advance of course registration for each upcoming semester. | Students who have not yet met TSI readiness requirements are not in a position to meet CAP enrollment requirements for each term. At UTRGV, students who have not yet met TSI readiness requirements must enroll in mandatory developmental courses that are not approved for CAP. |
