With over 25 years of experience in the realm of education, she has dedicated more than two decades to providing invaluable support as an Academic Higher Education Counselor. Rosemary earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Brownsville before advancing her academic credentials with a master’s degree in education in Guidance and Counseling from the University of Texas at Brownsville. This strong educational foundation has equipped her with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively guide students through their educational journeys, particularly in the complex fields of Psychiatry, Neurology, and Optometry.
