9.2 Implementation
PEOPLESOFT IS OPEN FOR (PURCHASING & TRAVEL)
BUSINESS!
We are pleased to announce
that effective today, Monday, August 13, 2018, PeopleSoft is
available for Fiscal Year 2019 Procurement and Travel &
Expense operations! In addition, iShop is now available
through PeopleSoft. To access it, please log in through the
MyUTRGV portal (see instruction below).
IMPORTANT NOTE: The
functions that are now live are Procurement Operations (including
iShop), and Travel & Expense. Although additional tiles
are visible, such as for Employee
Self-Service, they will not be fully operational
until September 1, 2018. We ask that users please limit
inquiries and incidents to only functionality that is within the
scope of this launch.
Follow
the instructions below to access PeopleSoft Procurement and
Travel & Expense:

Log into https://my.utrgv.edu/

Click on
(Note:
If you are off-campus, please complete the second authentication
using Duo)
