The Center for Online Learning & Teaching Technology has implemented a new online learning support portal. Below is a step by step guide on How to Create a Support Case. Visit UTRGV.edu/coltthelp for self-help articles and 24/7 phone/chat support.

  1. Log into Blackboard.
  2. Find the COLTT Help Desk module. Click on the "Submit a Ticket" link.
  3. Click the Pencil icon to create a support case. 
  4. Fill out the form.
  5. Click "Submit Case" when done.
