Where I am now:

As of May 2019, I have graduated UTRGV with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. I will be graduating this Fall 2023 with a Master of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. I am a proud alumnus of the TACFSA program, and the experience I have gained was critical in developing my career opportunities. The TACFSA program has taught me foundational skills and techniques that were transferable to my Masters education and my career. I am currently working as an Enforcement Coordinator for the Texas Commission on Environmental Equality (TCEQ). If time and funds permit, I intend to continue my education in the agricultural research field.
