1 Million Cups

Join a local community of entrepreneurs and community leaders!

What is 1 Million Cups?

1 Million Cups (1MC) is a weekly, free, nationwide program designed to educate, engage, and connect entrepreneurs. It is based on the notion that entrepreneurs discover solutions and network over a million cups of coffee. Every Wednesday morning, entrepreneurs present their startups to a diverse audience of mentors, advisors, and entrepreneurs. The program is developed by the Kauffman Foundation and is run entirely by volunteers.

How It Works?

Every week, in locations across the country, entrepreneurs present their businesses to their communities and learn how their community can help support their business to flourish. The program is simple:

  • Presentations: Entrepreneurs present their startups to an audience of their peers, mentors, and advisors.
  • Feedback: The audience provides feedback, asks questions, and offers guidance.
  • Networking: Attendees network with other entrepreneurs and business leaders in the community.

Why Attend?

1 Million Cups provides an invaluable platform for entrepreneurs at all stages of their journey. Whether you're just starting out or looking to scale your business, you'll find resources, support, and connections. Gain insights and advice from experienced entrepreneurs and business leaders, present your business and get constructive feedback from a supportive community, and meet like-minded individuals, potential collaborators, and mentors. 1 Million Cups is free and open to all entrepreneurs and business enthusiasts!

We gather every week at 9 AM at the eBridge  Center for Business and Commercialization for new stories, new connections, and a freshly brewed cup of coffee!
