Hispanic / LatinX Heritage Month
Hispanic/LatinX Heritage Month (September 15 – October 15) is a special reminder of the people, places, and history that have built UTRGV into what it is today: the #1 university in Texas. As one of the nation’s largest Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSI), this time of year offers a chance for us to come together and celebrate everything that makes our Hispanic/LatinX community so unique.
Throughout the month, all students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to check this page, as well as the UTRGV Calendar, VLink, and UTRGV Messenger for events and learning opportunities (event details are subject to change).
